Wow, That's a New One or Screening Thursday

I had a new winner for biggest cock customer of all time today at work. Not only did he call me stupid and accuse me of not knowing my job, but then after apologizing later to my face after we sorted out the misunderstanding, he complained to another co-worker about the "asshole in the basement who doesn't know how to do his job." The second he started to call me names, I said "If you're going to insult me then I'm not going to help you" and walked away. The temp worker just stood there in shock at the whole thing, but he said that I was totally in the right and would've backed me up should the situation had come to it. The nice thing is that since I am union, there is nothing that the guy could've done... it feels good to not be in a position of weakness to jerk ass customers. The stupid thing about the whole situation was just that we both had our wires crossed and thought that the other knew what the real situation was. Why he felt the need to resort to calling me stupid I don't know, but I wasn't about to put up with that shit and told him so. It made my day crappy though, as I was working on a good mood until then. The fact that I had finished my previous day at 11:30pm only to return at 6:oo am had not made me mad until I had to deal with all the crap that goes on in the basement during xmas. The sorting system is so completely disorganized and out of control that it infuriates me to no end. Thank god I don't have to work down there too many times. I'd much rather be outside loading the buses than dealing with cranky people wanting their packages.
On another note, the screening of the two short films I made in class is this Thursday night. I'm not sure if it's in the Cinematheque theatre itself or in a classroom, but it'll still be cool to see everyone's stuff. If you want to show up, be there for 7pm. My movies rock!
